As we approach June 1 — the date when all Vocality accounts officially transition to Community First Credit Union (CFCU), we want to outline some important upcoming steps to ensure a smooth transition for our new members from VCCU.
May 15-16:
If you have a VCCU credit card or mortgage, you will be receiving information about important changes to these accounts.
May 17:
If you use VCCU Online Banking to do Bill Pay or make transfers you will be receiving information about important changes to these services.
June 1:
System Integration: All VCCU systems and accounts will transition to CFCU.
New Account Numbers: Your new CFCU account number(s) becomes active.
Website Redirect: The VCCU website will be retired and will redirect to the CFCU website.
June 2:
New Digital Banking: CFCU’s enhanced Digital Banking — including digital Bill Pay — will be available for new registration.
Member Support: All member service will transition to CFCU’s team via phone, online chat, and at all 12 CFCU branches across the North Bay. The current VCCU call center will no longer be in service.
