Payment Example:

For adjustable-rate home equity loans, the APR is based on the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) Prime Rate plus a fixed margin. Your APR may vary quarterly according to changes in the WSJ Prime Rate. The maximum APR that may apply during the term of the loan is 18%.  California properties only.

Fixed-Rate Option During Draw Period: If you select a fixed-rate option, the fixed rate will apply only during the first 5 years of the loan term (the draw period). After the 5-year draw period, your APR will convert to an adjustable rate based on the WSJ Prime Rate plus your margin and may increase monthly for the remaining 15 years of the loan repayment period.

Payment Example: A $50,000 loan with a 5-year fixed-rate draw period at an initial APR of 8.74% would result in monthly payments of approximately $492.08 during the draw period. After the draw period, the rate will adjust quarterly, and your payments may increase.
Fees and Charges:

The following charges apply:
-Processing Fee: $995
-County Recording Fee: Varies by county (estimated at $325)
-These fees are in addition to any third-party charges incurred to open your loan.
-Early Closure Fee: There are NO Early Closure Fees with our Home Equity Loan products.
