Position Summary: The Digital Banking Specialist updates and delivers actionable insights leading to overall performance improvement within the Digital Banking and Marketing departments. The Digital Banking Specialist will regularly collaborate with other teams at the credit union, including our Executive Team and third-party agencies. This position will also help assist in the maintenance, servicing, and improvements of Community First’s consumer digital delivery channel, including all remote member services provided within online and mobile banking.

This position requires the individual to work closely with their peers; other financial institutions, service providers/vendors, and members. Must be flexible and able to multitask. Position Summary: As part of the Consumer Lending team, the Indirect Lending Funder works in a fast-paced environment directly with our dealer base. This position will collaborate internally with the Consumer Underwriters, Branch and Contact Center representatives to address our members and dealer’s needs.
