ATMs at ALL branches, which allow you to make deposits and withdrawals –– are also unaffected. As is our LOCAL, in-house Call Center. Its hours remain: 8:30a to 5:30p, Monday through Friday, and 9a to 1p, Saturday (707/546-6000). The majority of calls are for balances, statements and making loan payments –– all of which are easily found online, via our mobile banking app, 24/7, whenever and from wherever. Regardless, we are ALWAYS happy to serve you and talk with you.
