Our bottom line is to keep you, and our co-workers, safe! To reduce the possible spread of COVID-19, we have reduced our branch hours, and are admitting only as many Members at a time to the branch as there are available tellers.
ATMs at ALL branches, which allow you to make deposits and withdrawals –– are unaffected. As is our LOCAL, in-house Call Center. Its hours remain the same: 8:30a to 5:30p, Monday through Friday, and 9a to 1p, Saturday. Our Call Center (707/546-6000) is experiencing extremely high volumes. The majority of calls are for balances, statements and skipping loan payments –– all of which are easily found online, via our mobile banking app, 24/7, whenever and from wherever.
It is easy, convenient, seamless, and safe to bank with CFCU electronically. You can check balances, make transfers, view archived statements, pay bills, make loan payments, deposit checks via your smartphone ... Here are some helpful "how to" videos to get you started.
