Know that, although the loan payment is deferred, the interest is not and will continue to accrue on your loan. Additionally, should you have GAP insurance, please refer to your policy, as a deferral may affect your coverage.

In many instances, homeowners, renters, or auto insurance policies have specific coverages that could assist with reimbursements related to evacuation or other expenses incurred during disasters.
