Some of our favorite causes reflect our educator roots: 0% loans to LOCAL 4-H and FFA students, youth savings account that pays up to 707 times more than the big banks, in-class financial literacy, and innovative loans to get more teachers in the classroom.
Another difference between Community First and the big banks is that we reinvest your hard-earned dollars back into the community through donations to local schools and non-profits. What's more, our team rolls up our sleeves. Pre-COVID, CFCU employees volunteered over 2,668 hours annually (more than 10 hours every biz day) of personal time to support the schools and LOCAL organizations that make Lake, Marin, Mendocino, Napa and Sonoma counties great places to live and work.
